Pathways in Technology Early College High School, or P-TECH, is a new model of education developed by IBM. This program is a multi-year commitment for students and their school districts, as students remain enrolled in their home districts for the four years of high school, plus up to two additional years to complete the associate’s degree.
This New Public School Model offers a hands-on and project-based, productive education. P-TECH is a student-centered school where the courses are relevant and authentic; where curiosity is sparked, and where students get out of their chairs, outside of their classrooms, and experience learning in new and exciting ways.
