Board of Education

Each BOCES is governed by a board of education comprising representatives from component school districts. Component boards of education elect them. BOCES board members are responsible for curricular, financial, and other policy decisions, just as they are at the local level.

    • E2CCB’s shared purpose
    • E2CCB’s regional impact on human and economic development
  2. We will begin implementation of the E2CCB Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Plan, including continued policy review and revision by the Board of Education, striving for these elements:
    • A welcoming and affirming environment for all individuals
    • Inclusive curriculum and assessment
    • High expectations and rigorous instruction
    • Ongoing professional learning and support
