The ICE 8 service, offered by Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES, supports school districts in implementing the Whole School, Whole Child, Whole Community (WSCC) model, promoting a comprehensive approach to student health and well-being. This bundled service offers cost savings on BOCES programming while providing expert guidance and resources.

- A dedicated Community Health Education Specialist to collaborate with School Wellness Coordinators and districts
- Access to HealthSmart materials and professional development for K-12 educators
- Project KNOW programming for 5th grade and high school
- A PA/PE Lending Locker with physical activity resources
- Access to Panorama Education for data-driven insights
- Forums for key personnel including PE/Health teachers, School Wellness Coordinators, Cafeteria Managers, School Counselors, Nurses, and DASA Coordinators
- Professional development to support WSCC model implementation
Use of assessment tools such as the School Health Index and WellSAT 3.0 to evaluate and enhance wellness initiatives
