Instructional Support & Development
Mentor Mentee Program
The Mentor Program is designed for all first-year E2CCB Instructional staff. The program is aligned to the NYS Mentoring Standards and provides opportunities quarterly throughout the year and sessions differentiated by role for continued employee success and growth.
4-Year Progressive Professional Development
Our team strives to provide support for new hires throughout their first four years of employment. Our progressive sessions were built with the Professional Learning Standards in mind along with the strands of Data, Culturally Responsive and Sustaining Education, Literacy, Behavior, and Social Emotional Learning.
Instructional Coaching
Our Instructional Coaches offer on-site coaching to all instructional staff at each of our E2CCB sites monthly throughout the school year.
Professional Learning Plan
The Professional Learning Plan is revised yearly to meet the needs of the BOCES. A committee is formed based on volunteers from each of our bargaining units. Together, they analyze data and make suggestions for what the BOCES instructional staff needs in the upcoming year.
Google Classroom
The Google Classrooms house content-specific resources available for our internal BOCES staff. This includes programs purchased, updates from our team, and collaboration opportunities.
