Each BOCES is governed by a board of education comprising representatives from component school districts. Component boards of education elect them. BOCES board members are responsible for curricular, financial, and other policy decisions, just as they are at the local level.

Meeting Schedule

Regular meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month (unless otherwise noted) beginning at 7 p.m. Meetings alternate between the Carrier Educational Center, 8685 Erie Road, Angola, NY, and the LoGuidice Educational Center, 9520 Fredonia-Stockton Road, Fredonia, NY.

E2CCB will advance belonging for all students and staff by implementing inclusive, comprehensive equity initiatives and community support programs that ensure:
• Welcoming and affirming environments where all individuals can thrive
• Culturally responsive curriculum, assessment, and instructional practices,
establishing high expectations for diverse learners
• Comprehensive mental health, safety, and belonging programs across all
campuses and for all component districts
• Ongoing professional learning focused on inclusive practices, restorative
approaches, and community building
• Systemic plan implementation, with policy and practice reviews to identify and
address barriers to student and staff success
In partnership with our component districts, E2CCB will innovate and/or expand with new specialized programs and enhanced alignment to future workforce and industry needs, including new and emerging technologies, and access to higher education for students. This will, in part, support the needs identified by our component districts in the Regionalization Plan.
E2CCB will support preparing graduates who are ready to learn, grow, create, work, and contribute, within our own instructional programs, as well as within component districts. We will do this by supporting teaching and learning practices aligned to the Portrait of a Graduate in New York State. Specifically, in 2025-2026, we will provide science of learning professional development for numeracy, literacy, writing, and project-based learning.
