NYSAA Required Teacher Training
This required annual training prepares NYSAA teachers for test administration. It is designed for teachers who are new to NYSAA, new to their organization, or seeking a guided refresh on procedures, expectations, and key steps for a successful NYSAA administration.

- This training is offered on multiple dates. Participants should register for one session only: November 20, 2025; December 4, 2025; January 8, 2026; or February 5, 2026
- Session times: November 20 and December 4 from 8:30 am to 11:30 am; January 8 and February 5 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
- Minimum enrollment 3; maximum enrollment 50
- Email the facilitator and Joe Reed at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend to avoid being charged
- A substitute may attend in your place with prior email notice including the substitute’s name and approval
- Follow district procedures during winter weather. If the workshop is canceled, an email will be sent by 6:30 in the morning using the address listed in WinCap Web
- Zoom link and additional details will be sent by the facilitator prior to the workshop
