PLCs
Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
IES Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) are collaborative networks where educators share strategies, analyze data, and plan instruction to improve student learning. Each PLC is designed to foster reflection, accountability, and shared expertise across districts. Members commit to attending all sessions to maintain continuity and impact.
PLCs thrive on collaboration—participants support one another as they implement new practices and bring results back to the group for discussion and refinement.
