E2CCB Hosts Annual Joint CSO Meeting

On Friday, Jan. 9, 2026, Erie 2–Chautauqua–Cattaraugus BOCES (E2CCB) welcomed district leaders to its annual Joint CSO and Business Officials Meeting.

Designed around the theme “Summer in January,” the gathering brought together superintendents and business officials from all 27 component districts for a day focused on collaboration, learning, and a closer look at E2CCB programs and services.

The meeting provided a valuable space for connection and engagement while highlighting the impactful work taking place throughout E2CCB. Directors, administrators, and staff were available to share information, answer questions, and spotlight innovative initiatives, giving attendees an inside look at the wide range of opportunities to support students and districts. Through presentations and individual conversations, the event reinforced E2CCB’s commitment to openness, partnership, and high-quality service.

Highlighting Services, Resources, and Partnerships

A key feature of the meeting was the introduction of the forthcoming Services & Solutions Guide, which outlines the full scope of services available to component districts. Participants also received the Educational Collaborations publication, showcasing successful partnerships between E2CCB and its districts. Together, these resources reflect a shared dedication to strengthening educational opportunities and advancing student success.

Looking Ahead to the Budget

Participants also reviewed the preliminary E2CCB budget and reserves, gaining insight into future planning and resource allocation. An open discussion period encouraged questions and dialogue, supporting a transparent and collaborative approach to the budgeting process.

Showcasing Student Achievement

The meeting included a special video presentation highlighting E2CCB students participating in a variety of programs. The presentation underscored the positive impact of E2CCB offerings and served as a reminder of the organization’s mission to support student growth and achievement.
