
The Board of Cooperative Educational Services of the Second Supervisory District of Erie, Chautauqua, and Cattaraugus Counties (E2CCB) will hold a public hearing to review the District-wide Safety Plan on Tuesday, August 13, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will take place at the Carrier Educational Center, located at 8685 Erie Road, Angola, NY 14006.
In accordance with the New York State Commissioner’s Regulations (155.17), the plan outlines protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, staff, and visitors across E2CCB sites. Community members, staff, and families are invited to attend the hearing and participate in the 30-day public comment period.
The District-wide Safety Plan is available for review on the E2CCB website beginning July 1, 2025. Comments and feedback on the plan may be submitted by email to srutkowski@e2ccb.org.
E2CCB encourages all stakeholders to review the plan and contribute to the ongoing efforts to maintain safe and supportive learning environments throughout the region.
Districtwide Safety Plan
The Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES (E2CCB) Districtwide Safety Plan outlines comprehensive strategies to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors across all BOCES facilities. The plan focuses on prevention, response, and recovery measures for a wide range of emergency situations, including natural disasters, security threats, and public health crises. Developed in compliance with New York State regulations, it serves as a proactive guide to promote a safe learning environment while engaging stakeholders in ongoing safety improvements and crisis management training.
